Mama has some rules for how her Pan-Asian cuisine is to be prepared, so you better listen up:
 1  It better be WOK–cooked. Don’t you dare try to pass off teppan-yaki (or, as Mama calls it, teppan-yucki), it isn’t the same.
 2  Fresh. Fresh. Hot. Use fresh ingredients, freshly prepared to order, serve it up hot. And, no – chicken warmed in a convection oven does not qualify. Mama has her standards, and they’re high.
 3  Bring your friends (or at least be open to meeting new ones).
Follow the first two rules for GREAT tasting Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai food. Follow the third rule for a great experience.
